milliondollarai.io is a collaborative digital art platform where users claim sectors (tiles) and generate artwork that becomes part of a shared mosaic.

By using the platform, you agree to follow applicable laws and our content rules. You may not upload or generate unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.

When you own a tile, you retain the right to publicly display that tile and identify yourself as its owner within milliondollarai.io.

To operate the collective artwork, you grant milliondollarai.io a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your tile as part of the full mosaic, including previews, galleries, social sharing cards, promotional materials, and archival views.

This license is limited to running, improving, and presenting the platform and the collective artwork. It does not transfer ownership of your tile to milliondollarai.io.

milliondollarai.io may remove, hide, or reset tiles that violate policy, legal requirements, or safety standards. Repeated violations may result in account restrictions.

Purchases and generation outcomes may be affected by third-party services. Where applicable, refunds are handled according to platform policy and payment provider terms.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available under applicable EEA/EU consumer rules.

If you are a consumer in the EEA, you keep your statutory rights under local law. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove or reduce those mandatory rights.

When collective funding milestones unlock on milliondollarai.io, the platform may run a one-time random drawing among users who own at least one sector at that moment. Selected tile owners may receive a milestone profile badge displayed on their public profile.

Milestone badges are cosmetic recognition only. They have no cash value, are not transferable for money, and do not guarantee any specific future benefit. Any reference to possible future privileges is discretionary and may change or be withdrawn at any time.

Owning a sector increases eligibility but does not guarantee selection. Milestone giveaways are separate from commemorative badges (which are awarded by fixed, verifiable rules). Participation in purchases on the platform is not conditioned on receiving a milestone badge.

milliondollarai.io may award commemorative profile badges that recognize verifiable participation (for example early Genesis claims, chapter completion, or cumulative spend tiers). These badges are recognition only: they have no cash value, are not lottery prizes, and do not guarantee future privileges.

Commemorative badges are separate from random milestone community drawings. Badge rules are deterministic and based on platform activity records.

Digital goods (AI-generated images and tile claims) are delivered immediately upon payment. By completing a purchase you expressly request immediate performance of the digital service. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Art. 16(m)), the right of withdrawal does not apply once the digital content has been delivered with your consent to immediate delivery.
